Paige Sisa

Paige Sisa is a 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), trauma-informed yoga instructor, and Program Manager for CorePower Yoga in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. With over 15 years of experience, Paige has helped open and re-open studios, train teachers, and cultivate inclusive, empowering communities.

As a Navy SEAL spouse and mother of two boys, Paige brings a unique perspective rooted in resilience, service, and compassion. She leads teacher training programs and delivers specialized lectures on Anatomy, Chakras, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Limited Mobility and Injuries, Yamas and Niyamas, Pranayama, and Bandhas.

Paige teaches 4 styles of yoga, including strength-based classes that incorporate weight training, making her offerings both grounding and physically empowering. Her mission is to support others—especially fellow military families and women veterans—in finding strength, healing, and connection through mindful movement and breath.
